Developped by CADLM, this software allows aircraft panels manufacturers to metal forming their huge panels using the shot peening with small beads. The software is interfaced with major CAD and FEM systems. |

| MACHINE CALIBRATION By recovering all data on your machine and your results of some tests on small specimen, you will adapt the utilization of Shotforming to your own environment (performance and language of the robots, the material properties of the alloy of the panel and the characteristics of the beads). DIRECT VIRTUAL FORMING After giving the initial shape of your panel (as an imported CAD or FEM file), and defining the process of the shot peening for each area of the panel (beads, pressures, flux, angle, distance), Shotforming will provide the simulated shape of your formed panel. This is the main function of the system. After giving the initial shape and projected final shape files of your panel (as imported CAD or FEM files), Shotforming will automatically give all the commands for the robots on the machine that will be necessary to reach the final shape (process of the shotpeening in each point of the panel) without any iteration and without any intermediate measurement | ||
